SOLUTION

  • Work with Coca-Cola, Monster’s distribution partner, to develop unique goals for each Coke Bottler and tailor those objectives around the activity that frontline sales representatives and similar roles can impact.
  • Based specifically on the performance they delivered, the bottlers and their frontline teams earned a customized Monster Incentive Xperience (MIX) – which traveled to their location.
  • Execute 16 unique and localized events onsite at the bottlers’ facilities. The greater the achievement, the larger the MIX was.
  • Create direct alignment between the frontline teams and bottler leadership who were working to achieve a separate award, a deluxe travel experience to Costa Rica.
