Motivate Motion Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to sell products from Motion Industries’ strategic suppliers and shift sales to these supplier partners.
Designed and developed a program for over 2,400 CSRs, awarding them for growing cost of goods sold (COGS) for strategic suppliers more than overall branch’s COGS. The Shift to Win program included an engaging website experience, integration with Motion’s intranet to allow for seamless navigation, promotion of strategic supplier brands and a robust online rewards catalog. Over the course of two years the program resulted in 2% growth of Strategic Supplier sales and $9.4M in incremental margin for Motion.
