  • Understand: Hosted focus groups to build a program that set Valvoline apart from competing brands and their programs.
  • Build: Developed and delivered a multi-level program that leverages a mix of cash rewards loaded to a branded debit card, as well as exclusive group travel experiences. The program and solution is powered by an engaging website experience with leaderboards, progress updates, training videos, promotions, reporting and more. The program has been active for nearly 9 years, and has seen a 1.5x increase in participating sales reps and a 158% increase in sales claims submitted since year one.
